Delivery

Delivery details are:

• Next Working Day if ordered before 1:30 pm
• Following Working Day if ordered after 1:30 pm
• Please note that some goods held at our main distribution centre will take one day longer
• Delivery cost per order is £6.95 inc. VAT
• Delivery cost per order is free of charge (FOC) on orders of over £50.00 inc. VAT
• We do not deliever to certain UK postcode areas: BT, HS, IM, IV, KW or ZE
• We only deliver within the United Kingdom. We do not accept orders from, or deliver to, overseas locations

We use DHL for next day delivery orders and although DHL do not guarantee next day delivery, over 97% of orders are delivered next working day. Remember to order before 1.30 pm if you require delivery for the next working day.

Some goods that are held at our main distribution centre will take one day longer to dispatch.

Orders are dispatched during our working week Monday to Friday so please take into account weekends and bank holidays when placing your order.

When we send you a dispatch notification email, it will contain a consignment reference. The parcel(s) may be tracked by using the consignment reference within DHL's tracking service website.
